Healthcare Direct uses the contact details and information you submit to respond to your equipment, service or rental enquiry.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and enquiry details. Dental and private clinic requests also include your selected service, practice name and address. Rental requests also include dates, accommodation or location, and any optional suitability information you choose to provide. Care equipment enquiries include your selected items, rental length and indicative price breakdown. Please avoid sending medical records, passport details or payment card information.

How we use it

Enquiries are stored in a protected staff portal. Authorised staff can review your request, contact you, and record its progress. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
